AB519 Should educators restrain kids?

AB 519 suggests that educators should be able to restrain students in public schools through the use of physical and mechanical methods as well as place them in seclusion rooms.  The issue with this bill at this point in time is that their is absolutely no training requirements for educators who will be using these tactics and no notification requirements to inform parents that their child has been restrained in this manner.  Listen to the podcast
