Sales Career Process

There are two sales tracks at Wilmes – C&H.  The first is commission only known as CSales  The second is a hybrid commission/stipend known as HSales.  Each of these paths takes 6 years to master.  At which time, your career and financial stability will be solidified.  You will then be able to teach others, command income at your will or explore life’s opportunities.

Each of the two paths will learn the same skills, the only difference is that commission rates and contract schedules will be modified to offset the stipend hybrid.  Both C&H start out on a 3 month initial contract to guage the sales professionals propensity for sales.  HSales then moves into a hybrid program with a stabilized stipend but less earning potential.  HSales eventually meets up again with CSales on the commission only track until both have achieved a Black Belt in which they both earn a stipend.
